Pricing and Refunds
All prices are a flat rate and we charge no more once payment has been made.
In rare cases, we may charge extra, for example if the design is particularly complex. This amount will be agreed before we begin work and the customer may opt to cancel his order if he does not wish to pay the extra. If the customer cancels their order they will receive a full refund of the original price.
Refunds will be issued if the request is made before we have started work. Once work has begun we cannot grant a refund, unless there is a valid reason.
Order times
Once payment has been received and cleared you will receive your first draft/concept within 3-5 working days. You then have the chance to review your design and request changes to be made. Once requested these changes will be made within 3-5 working days. You can continue to request changes until you are 100% happy with the design.
We reserve the right to take more than 5 working days to complete/revise your design, for example at times of heavy workloads. In these situations we will notify you of the delay and complete your design as soon as possible.
Revisions
You may make as many revisions as you like, although we reserve the right to deny any more revisions or charge a premium fee if a customer requests an unreasonable amount of revisions.
If we do not recieve contact from you for 30 or more days (since our last email to you) we will close the project and no longer work on it.
Final Logo Files
Once you are happy with the design we will ask you to confirm the final design and send you high resolution copies of your design as .jpg, .png and .ai where available (other formats available upon request). If you would like to revise your design after you confirm the final design, you will be required to pay a revision fee.
MySpace Designs
We do not take responsibility for MySpace’s actions including changes to the default MySpace layout causing your design to change. We are not responsible to repair the page if this situation occurs. We will however repair your page at a fee to be quoted at the time.
If you break the code you may request the original code to be sent to you again.
We are not responsible for any loss of data/error/corruption on your MySpace page. We simply update the style code changing its appearance.
Design Copyrights
Once the design complete the customer owns the copyrights. However, we reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio or other media.
